Dnevna cijena uključuje:

Najam, PDV, električnu energiju, toplu i hladnu vodu, hlađenje i grijanje, parking, stolnjake i kuhinjske krpe, završno čišćenje po izmjeni gostiju,

mijenjanje ručnika svaka 3 dana i tjedno mijenjanje posteljine.

Boravišna pristojba nije uključena u cijenu. Djeca do 12 godina ne plaćaju boravišnu pristojbu, a od 12 do 18 godina plaćaju 50% iznosa bravišne pristojbe.

Prva prijava nije uključena u cijenu a iznosi 3,00 € po osobi.

I prezzi giornalieri comprendono:

Affitto, IVA, energia elettrica, acqua calda e fredda, condizionamento o riscaldamento, parcheggio, biancheria da tavola e cucina, pulizia della casa al cambio ospiti,

cambio settimanale della biancheria da letto e da bagno ogni tre giorni.

La tassa di soggiorno non e` inclusa nel prezzo. I bambini fino a 12 anni non pagano la tassa di soggiorno, e dai 12 ai 18 anni pagano il 50%.

La prima notificazione non e` inclusa nel prezzo ed ammonta 3,00 € per persona.

Miete, MwSt, Strom, kaltes und warmes Wasser, Klimaanlage oder Heizung, Parkplatz, Tischdecken und Küchentücher, Endreinigung beim Gästewechsel,

Handtücher jeden 3 Tag und wöchentlicher Bettwäschewechsel.

Die Kurtaxe ist im Preis nicht inklusive. Kinder bis 12 Jahre bezahlen keine  Kurtaxe, und Kinder von 12 bis 18 Jahren bezahlen 50% der Kurtaxe.

Die erste Anmeldung ist im Preis nicht inklusive und beträgt einmalig 3,00 € pro Person.

Daily prices include following services:

Rent, VAT, electricity, cold and hot water, air conditioning/heating, table clothes and tea towels, final cleaning after checking out,

towels change every 3 days and linen change once a week.

Residential fee is not included. Children till 12 years don’t pay residence fee, from 12 to 18 years have 50% reduction.

Registration fee is not included and amounts 3,00 € per person (one-time).
